Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your product but should you have any issues, please email us to resolve them at .
We accept returns within 14 days from purchase. The product needs to be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, we are unable to refund opened tins of paint as the goods are then not re-sellable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be aware, if the item was ordered by mistake or the reason for return isn’t our fault, we will refund you minus the amount it cost us to originally send the items to you.

We will happily exchange a product please return at your own cost.

To return your product, you should post back to the address above. We can also arrange returns for you over the phone. Cost will depend on your area. If you choose to return the item please make sure you have a tracking number.
